12 Corners is pleased to offer three wine clubs, each shipped out monthly.
Joining is simple - just choose your favorite style of wine and then click on the number of bottles you would like to receive each month.
In addition to receiving a great selection of your favorite wines each month, members enjoy the following benefits:

- 20% discount on wine purchased online or at any of our tasting rooms
- Invitation to special events
- No enrollment fee! Just pay for the wine and shipping each month (Shipping is a flat $20/month). Don't want to pay for shipping? You can choose to pick up your wine at any of our tasting rooms.

*A photo copy of your driver's license and the license of the wine recipient (if not the same) must be retained on file. Please submit your copy to wineclub@12corners.com
* If picking up wine - wine must be picked up within 3 months or it may be shipped to your listed address.
*You must commit to a minimum of 3 shipments before cancelling
*We are currently only shipping to the following states: Michigan, Indiana, Illinois
*No wine club applications will be processed without the proper ID and a valid phone number.
